About TechCRM

TechCRM runs the day-to-day of a service business: complaints become jobs, technicians handle them on site, and managers see every job, bill and spare part across branches.

The challenge

Service requests were managed on calls, paper and chat groups. Jobs were missed, managers could not see what technicians were doing, and spare parts and billing were tracked separately in every branch.

What we built

We built an Android app for technicians and a web admin for office staff and managers, around a clear job lifecycle from assignment to completion and verification, with spare-parts stock, billing and reports linked to each job.

• Proof of work on site: job sheet, invoice, warranty card, serial-number photos and video
• Save & Hold when one document is still pending
• Bills with service charges and spare parts, printed on a Bluetooth printer or shared as PDF
• Works on weak connections: updates sync when back online
• Spare-parts stock for warehouse and technicians, with low-stock alerts
• Bulk job import from Excel or CSV, and reports with Excel export
